What is SANI ?

“Heterotrophic Sulfate reduction, Autotrophic denitrification and Nitrification Integrated (SANI)”, developed by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), is a patented process for treatment of wastewater containing organic sulfur compounds or sulfate from municipal and industrial sectors.
